The Biden coverup

In a political storm that could eclipse even the infamous Watergate scandal, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has sounded the alarm on what he calls the “biggest scandal in American history.” Speaking with “My View” host Lara Trump, Gingrich painted a chilling picture of a presidency hijacked by shadowy figures operating behind a faltering President Joe Biden. This, he argues, represents a crisis of constitutional integrity that demands urgent scrutiny.

Gingrich pinpointed the unraveling of Biden’s mental capacity as a pivotal moment, likely emerging in 2023, when the president’s ability to lead began to visibly erode. “Joe Biden was no longer there,” Gingrich asserted, suggesting that unelected operatives—potentially remnants of the Obama administration—stepped into the void, wielding presidential power without accountability. This covert transfer of authority, he contends, constitutes a betrayal of democratic principles far surpassing Nixon’s misdeeds.

A striking example of this alleged overreach came shortly after the 2024 election, when Biden reportedly commuted the sentences of 2,400 individuals in a single day. “You know he didn’t have a clue,” Gingrich said, pointing to the use of an autopen—a device that mechanically replicates a signature—as evidence of others pulling the strings.

“Somebody was running the autopen. Somebody was giving them instructions and somebody was making deals somewhere.” This incident, he argues, is merely a glimpse into a deeper pattern of manipulation within the Biden administration.

The implications of this scandal extend to the very legitimacy of Biden’s actions as president. President Donald Trump has openly questioned the validity of Biden’s pardons, arguing that decisions made via autopen, without the president’s full awareness, may be legally void.

Biden was a disaster as president, and it looks like the Democrats and it looks more and more like Democrats took advantage of his failings as presdient to implement their agenda.
